Clarity operates on an anonymous tracking ID system:

• We do not require your name, email, or phone number to use our AI chat service
• Test kit orders are linked only to a physical Tracking ID
• No account creation is required
• Lost Tracking IDs cannot be recovered due to our anonymous system

3. Google Gemini AI Processing

Here's how your data is handled:

• Your conversation is sent in real-time to Google Cloud (US servers) for AI analysis
• Data is encrypted in transit to Google servers
• Under Google's standard terms, this data may be temporarily retained
• We do not permanently store conversation logs on our servers
• You acknowledge and consent to this data transmission when using Clara
