2. Anonymous Architecture
- No name, email, or phone is required to use AI chat
- Test kit orders require contact info and address linked only to a physical Tracking ID for fulfillment
- No account creation is required
- Records are deleted 90 days after digital results delivery
- Lost Tracking IDs cannot be recovered due to our anonymous system
3. Cookieless Analytics
- Clarity does not use tracking cookies for analytics purposes
- Our analytics use server-side session hashing for complete anonymity
- Analytics sessions cannot persist across browser restarts
- No cross-site tracking or persistent identifiers from our analytics
- We may use temporary browser session storage (not cookies) that is automatically cleared when you close your browser

- Your conversation is sent in real-time to Google Cloud (US servers) for AI analysis
- Data is encrypted in transit to Google servers
- Under Google's standard terms, this data may be temporarily retained
- We do not permanently store conversation logs on our servers
- You acknowledge and consent to this data transmission when using Clara
