10. Tracking IDs
You are solely responsible for your Tracking ID
- Tracking IDs link you to your test results anonymously
- We cannot recover lost Tracking IDs due to our anonymous system
- Lost IDs mean permanent loss of access to results
- Save your Tracking ID immediately upon receiving it
